I totally agree with you.Well said and explained.Actually I meant "true lovers of poetry".The questions is that passionate lovers of poetry are diminishing.I often find people's callousness while reading poetry.I think a poet whole heartedly welcomes even a scathing criticism.I meant this.And when it's comes to show evidence I think it's so common.
At the end I too believe every passionate line is poetry irrespective of its standard set by intellectuals.

I have a strong suspicion that there is a room off one of the bolges of Dante's Hell reserved for anyone who goes on about "true poetry." The demons probably shout the collected poetry of Southey into the sinners' ears at 180 decibels.
