I don't know about Writeoutloud, but one of the leading American poet/critics is a certain Stephanie Burt, who was previously known as Stephen Burt but has only recently fully come out as trans all the time. Her books are available under her original name.

I just thought you'd like to know this and I hope you don't mind a non-trans person saying this.
