A brilliant evening at our new venue,room filled with a happy smiley gathering of poets creating a warm friendly atmosphere for inspirational and diverse poetry. Held together by Jeff Dawson who is a natural behind the mic,he makes compéring look so easy.

It was a good night Val...eclectic, thoughtful and occasionally philosophical and/or shocking.

for me, it was superb.. one of the best ever Write Out Loud single nights I've ever been too... It was a top notch audience and a awful lot of good readers too... look forward to the next one i can go to (which'll probably be March).
