Favourite music?
Who're your favourite music artists? Who inspire you to write?
I'll start off: Radiohead. So much so that my existence feels plagiarised from their music. I am the most annoying Radiohead fan you'll ever meet and they give me the juice I need to write. I listen intently and it cultivates a mindset that produces poetry. Can't write without them, can't live without them.
Also: Nusrat, Jeff Buckley, Bjork (obviously) Tom Waits (even more obviously) and Talking heads help remind me what I'm about. Placebo. Eels. The list goes on...

I've always been drawn to horrible noise, so currently like the more extremes of metal. Blut Aus Nord, Cult of Luna and Blood Incantation are just three names.
The extremity of sound and attitude rather than words tends to bleed into some of the poetry I write.
Will on occasion return to early Roxy Music, Bowie, Magazine (Bryan! David! Howard!) for word inspiration.
