Middleton 25th July
Another great night last night with 16 poets and audience members. Ian Nenna was a fantastic newbie who won the guest slot for next month and Katie Haigh did wonderfully in her guest slot.
Feedback recieved on the night:
Good Points: excellent, poems, great atmosphere, great poems, it's a great venue with great poets, fun and some of it sexy, the beer, the compere.
Areas For Improvement: none, quieter room, Gordons 'jokes'.
Don't forget that next month we are trying out a 'merch stand' where you can sell anything poetry related. Anything from a self produced booklet to a book to something more creative, e.g. your poems on mugs or fridge magnets.

Gemma,
It was an excellent night, fantastic venue and great poetry, you deserve a massive BFG size slap on the back.
The welcome was warm and enthusiastic and I was made to feel like part of the Middleton family.
I look forward to next month and hope that I can fill my role.....with ham and tomato.
Thank you, and everyone, for a most enjoyable evening, see you next month
