Scott Devon was incredible last night and I want to publicly thank him for reading his very sad and beautiful war poem.
He started by saying he doesn't read it often as he gets told off - well BOO to all those that do this. Scott is a wonderful performer and yes part of his job is to make people laugh but part of his job is to make people cry also.
I'll be your minder Scott! And shout at the bad people who tell you off.
Peter Blanket words is a very beautiful poem and I liked the way you did all th little actions - the poem is full of incredible imagery.
Gordon Zola I love the fact that you are so funny and you always make me laugh but it was nice to treated to one of your deeper poems the one about brother battling brother on the battlefield was a beautiful ballad.

Well done guys and for the new people who were very brave I thought Eric Wild's poem for Thomas Edwards and Wilfred Owen was very touching and well read and Robin Parker did very well.

oops forgot to mention how lovely it was to hear Greg's spanish poems and he translated them to English for us. What a massive treat! And I think you are very brave to do it Greg - Bravo.
