Self publishing a poetry booklet

Wondered of anyone had any advice about this? I am trying to scrape up some money to do a short run of a poetry booklet, and do a CD. Both are necessary I feel, if nothing else then for an access issue and for preference. I am a performance poet and work with a cellist after all.
Recent gigs have seen people buzzy and keen to buy things off me. A great disappointment when one charming woman wanted 10 copies. And I aint got any!
All tips, experiences and so on, very appreciated.

Have a look at lulu.com - can be posted on line and as a hard copy (book/pamphlet) - also, you can get software for recording your music/spoken word (I work with two musicians, and we've done rehearsal recordings of ourselves.)

Steve is totally right there, Penny for publishing... Perhaps a local printers could also do it for you.. A good one in Manchester for example is Marc the Printers.. They did me a little phamplet of my poetry for when I went on tour in Ireland back in July, and I think I got 25 copies done for around £20 or something, so it's worth looking around but lulu are pretty good... x

I used http://www.fast-print.net/

Lulu may be better for small print runs. (less than a couple of hundred copies)
