Which should we be afraid of, words, or the intent of the pe

It is the intent of the user of a word which we ought to be afraid of. Being afraid of a word itself will send us on the road to book-burning, and we will lose our raisons d'etre as poets.

Personally, I am terrified of the 'intent of the pe'. It sounds very ominous.
