Hello I am new to this. If I want to read at this event do I have to pre-arrange or can I just turn up?

Yes just come along, make contact with one of us (John Togher runs the Wigan events) and we'll be pleased to put your name down. I'd suggest that you come to the poetry cafe in the first instance as it's a bit less daunting than the Tudor House. But at either you will be most welcome and, I hope, find us very encouraging & supportive.

Hopefully it will be next Thursday, John's checking with the venue to make sure they are OK with that. We'll put it in the gig guide when it's confirmed

I'm afraid that we've had to cancel November's Poetry Brew as Caffe Nero don't want to continue with it. John Togher is looking around for another venue, so watch this space. In the meantime come down to the Tudor on the 13th, you will be most welcome.
