Jen Hadfield won the 2008 TS Eliot Prize for her collection Nigh-No-Place, and at this special event she reads alongside Kathleen Jamie, a poet similarly interested in landscape, rural places and customs.
This event coincides with the announcement of the shortlist for the 2009 TS Eliot Prize. Visit www.poetrybooks.co.uk to find out the shortlisted authors, who will be reading at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre on Sunday 17 January.
