Prizes: 1st £50, 2nd £20, bottle of wine for the runner up.
This are heats 2 and 3 respectively in Commonword's 'Superheroes of slam' run in conjunction with Write Out Loud and theNXNW Festival - the grand final will be held in Manchester in late October 2009. The winner of the final will get a super cash prize and be awarded The Dike Omeje Trophy.
