Biography

Edinburgh, Scotland.

Mud

There are times when the world jumps out and slaps you in the face with its beauty. With its deep orange skies and vertical jets of cloud it yells! Let yourself be vulnerable. Let yourself be helpless. Let the spray and mud strip away your flesh until only your bones are left. For the seasons are closing in darkness is closing out the light.

Mountains

White snow Grey cloud Black boots Ascending Brightening Burning A blue tint to things A strange purple haze A rainbow The clouds split - as if God has jammed the door open. Frozen heat spills everywhere Peaks appear Disappear The universe gasps My breath is ragged from the cold We stand like heroes - Atop it all.
