Biography

Aloha, my name is April and Iʻm a 4th grade teacher in Hawaii. I have very little experience writing anything. I have casually dabbled in writing song lyrics over the years. Someday, I would like to write middle-school leveled chapter books. I thought it would be nice to take part in an online writersʻ blog.

Samples

Graceʻs Lullaby Candy kisses with chocolate smiles Fairytale wishes that cross the miles Frogs and Fishes Imaginary Dishes It only last for awhile I wonder where youʻll fly tonight I tuck you in and hold you tight I promise to leave some light For your journey when you take flight As long as your home When the morning comes After youʻve captured stars Jumped over the moon and mars Discovered a new quasar As long as your home When the morning comes
