Biography
I've never shared any poetry before, I've always felt that it's been a really personal form of expression. But, recently I've had a change of heart. I hope you guys can connect with what I write and enjoy it. -Bethany

Heavy I wish I could fly away, But I have no wings. You plucked them from my shoulders. So I keep boulders in my pockets. I keep them there to keep my head out of the clouds. But the clouds come down and whisper to me anyways. So I stuff your words into my ears, I push them so deep, they suffocate my brain. But how can I trust your words, When your support is like a rigid bridge, It hangs over the highest canyon, Calling to me and yet it breaks under my feet. If my problems weighed less, could I cross? Or will this bridge tumble under a summer's breeze.
