Flowers in the Rain It’s raining and it’s cold outside Just like that heart of mine Never thought you’d be gone But I guess you proved me wrong And no matter how much I cry You will never change your mind You left me hurting inside And my cheeks hold the tears I’ve cried So, now that you’re gone I try to admit that we’re wrong And even after all of these fearless cries I know that you will never be mine And I’m standing outside with the rain falling down Just like I feel when my broken heart pounds I look in the distance and see the flowers sway I feel my heart lurch as the blue sky turns gray I remember that night when grace turned to fright Now everything around me, reminds me of you Especially those flowers in the rain
