My name is Grinder Spencer AKA. Agony Flow. I am an hip hop artist/poet out of New Bern NC. I have been doing poetry and rhyming for over 20 years locally. I now just decided to go more public with my poetry and found this site. I'm here to give my poetry to the world and also make some lasting connections.

Note From God Even though I speak to you I also show you things Learn to listen to your heart Learn to see with your mind Learn to feel with your soul I bring people into your life for a reason Either as a blessing or a lesson I show you things in secret And speak to you in silence But at times you are reluctant to see What is right before your eyes Many times I have called upon you Yet you did not answer Many times you've seen my face Yet you haven't noticed me And in your times of desperation You ask why have I foresaken you Like a cool summers breeze I send my message to you Fear not fore I am always with you Even....in your hopes and dreams
