Visiting a bookstore can let you know what people are seeking right now. 21th century could bear the name "Help yourself". I was walking between book shelves and everything I was looking at made me upset. "How to find friends?", "Raise your charisma", "How to become self-confident" - these topics convinced me to start an article that you are reading right now. All of these self-help books work with consequences, but not with the reason. Believe me or not, but all kind of a problems that Dale Carnegie tried to solve have the same root: "Not accepting yourself as you are". Before you continue to read, answer this question fairly: Do you like yourself? Do you love this person and everything about him(her)?
