Chronic pain
Chronic pain Waking up to being riddled in pain feeling like every day different but it really remains the same . Another person telling you your mental health declining , feeling you’re trying to tell the world but the world thinks you’re just whining . Rocking up to work with a smile on your face , doing what you have to do because it’s not the time or place . Seeing others in a worst position , feeling bad so your telling yourself that your feeling is just vision . Your muscles burn and your grip is getting weak , not a metaphor just that you’re at high pain peak . Your body is exhausted your mind is going … you need to keep moving because errors are showing .You can’t afford to make a mistake , you need to keep it together even though you know that’s fake . You get home feeling in pain , however the pain has already started to make the energy drain … you don’t know how your going to do the next set of the day ,you’ve no choice but to pull yourself together to find a way . Clean and run around the family chores , you need battle it through every nerve pain and muscle sores . People thinking it’s all in your head , you’re really counting every minute til you can get settled to bed . All your needing is rest , the last bit of the day is a test . you’re trying not to crash and burn your almost in meltdown and you know the next day is waiting for another turn .
