Sea Mantra In this small boat I sail Oceans blue Clear waters ,calm skies ,stars and more. I know my goals. I am strong in mind,body,soul. My family and friends Trust now,in my ability, On the journey to landfall. And this makes me smile Old jeans on ,white t shirt,scuffed deck shoes. Looking forward. Watching the wind,hand on the tiller. P.s Mantras have been around for about 5,000 years,written by you and personal to you ,the best aid I know to meditation and mindfulness.
