Biography
Laura King is the self-appointed Poet Laureate of Oxford ('they'll never take me alive, mwah ha ha ha!') and has graced many comedy, poetry and literary festivals/events over the past ten years, including sharing bills with both John Hegley and cult folk singer Kath Tait, to scenes of audience frenzy! Laura is also the unsung heroine of 'UnpublishedPoets4Justice' and can be seen abseiling down Parliament (if you squint a bit). Her ambition is to host a whole digital TV channel devoted to spoken word poetry featuring such programmes as 'Pimp My Rhyme' and 'How To Watch Bards' Book her now while she's still cheap!

I is a bit new to this site and was getting disheartend by the lack of clever,funny, clever stuff on display until I read this.
