How will you find me, will I be all that you had hoped? I am shackled, To no chains but my own. How easy it would be, To disown my intuition. In each moment I find myself numbed, The knowledge I have gained, Meaningless in the grand scheme. For what is its use? My day to day dilemma, Oh how I would gnaw through my own ankle, The tendons snapping, The bone succumbing to my weight. To free myself, To escape isolation that had weighed on the conscious. Will you be there to find me? Having finally escaped, I can only crawl so far.
