Biography
I am a South African born poet living on the Wirral. I have performed across the UK as well as being published in various magazines and anthologies. I represented Liverpool in the City Of Culture Slam in Bristol in 2002. Poets who inspire me that I've had the pleasure of performing with have been John Gibbens, Les Murray, Lemn Sissay and Levi Tafari. My heroine is Maya Angelou - a truly inspirational women and poet. Stranded on a desert island my book to read would be the love poems of Pablo Neruda, oh and an endless supply of Chilean Shiraz for company.
