HATE

Hate that I look like him Hate that everyone sees him in me Hate that his people laugh at my misery Hate that he made me my enemy Hate that he’ll follow me for the rest of my life Hate that he took away the stars I had in my eyes Hate that he smiles and cry Hate that he’s still alive, living a happy life Hate that I envy him Hate that I live in a time he exists Hate that he sucks away my life Every time he sees my eyes Hate that his touch remains on my skin Hate that I let him win Hate that I he took away my everything Hate that he didn’t end up in prison Hate that the last leaf fell and he’s still alive Hate that I didn’t stab him with a knife Hate that he gets to live while I die every night.
