Biography

Current undergraduate at Blinn Jr. College, with aspirations to transferring to Texas A&M. With the stress of school and life in general I have found poetry to be the rawest form of emotion and a great stress reliever. If you enjoy my work or have anything you would like to bring to my attention feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Locked behind Xanax bars; trapped between the ocean and stars I lie To rot away the life I have been given; to choose a life of opposition For Unless one happened to stumble upon a key; I couldn't be, I know not what she believes, only that through the drugs she sees Through storms we sailed, across the ocean without fail, with glowing eyes that impale she is sure to turn heaven from hell Tortured in my own mind i might remain; projecting the images of the downfall of my domain; she remains the washer of stains She Implores a true care not to venture to far, for one day you may drift back to the island locked behind Xanax bars For if that day is to come she may have lost the key, praying for strength, I hope I never leave
