Biography
Hello fellow poets, I am Sarah, 39 years young and in love with creative writing. My interests include fictional reading and writing, most genres of music, films and theatre. My health restricts physical hobbies but I used to enjoy walking and dancing. I adore horror novels and have collected many S. King novels. I have enjoyed R. Dahl my entire life. I look forward to sharing and reading poetry from many of you.
Samples
So many deep in slumber, So many fast asleep. But for a few of us, Dreamland is out of reach. Focused thinking about gentle waves lapping at the white sand beach, The picket fence or hedge and fluffy bouncing sheep. Many visits to the back of eyelids, Concentrating on slowing how we breathe. And yet the land of nod, the sand mans dream gift eludes me, Please oh please just let me sleep.
