“I will never forget the moment I realized I loved you.” There was a weird feeling in my stomach that I guess you’d call butterflies But with all their wings clipped and bodies laid limp amongst my “Butterfly net” of a stomach There was a sadness that washed over me just like it had done to you And yet a veil of happiness over my heart that ensured me that you would stay It is almost 3am and I am waiting for you to come knocking like clockwork you visit me again and again more often now than then 2:55am You’ve got 5 more minutes until it begins. You bring me the sad songs with upbeat tempos that I’ll sing along with smiles and tears I laugh from hysteria collapse my head onto the bed 2:58am I hear you coming the echos chasing me mocking me I bury my head in my pillow and wait and wait and wait and wait 3:00am Oh, God you’re here again 08/14/2015 Friday 2:47am
