About Us
Originally based at the Wickham Arms in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire on the first, third and fifth Saturday of each month. This is currently a hybrid in-person and zoom-based group, welcoming poets and fans of the spoken word. We are a friendly group and we invite you to listen or to join in our rounds (4-5 minutes max per round, please) For access, please email us at talking_zebras@yahoo.co.uk and mention you've seen the link on WOL and we'll send you the link, or join us at our in-person session at the venue.

Currently operating on ZOOM. 1st, 3rd, 5th Saturdays as usual.

Doors Open 2:00pm for a 2:15 start. Continues until 5(ish). Folk can join or leave at anytime as long as they do it discreetly ?
You are welcome to listen or to contribute. Poetry or prose, your own or other peoples (check permission please) on any subject other than Religion and Politics.
Spots are 4-5 minutes and we go round those present as many times as possible on the day.
