PERSONA May I borrow the doorways of your distant eyes and see the landscapes making the noise that pins you down? And then when I look into the coiling spaces that lie somewhere between the lips and teeth of men I will concede that I see more than I should see Leave me to stride across the seeping gaps that lie silent and unseen the nightmare where Zion's cross is flesh Yes, I know you have explained but let me be as frank as pain observation is manipulation to belong is to be nailed o the explosion that brought creation Love is a speck in the curve of the eye that itches like a splinter in my spleen pure and simple as a blink, don’t you think? I must admit I see the passion darkened by the sun the snaking snare of the moonbeam that glistens beyond control… Perhaps it’s time to bring you nails, wood and vicious thorns I’ll raise your arms and head and then I’ll give you back your eyes – the lenses washed not dried – and we shall recreate the scene again where you were crucified.
