Biography

I'm a 20 year old living in London! I've been obsessed with writing and reading from as young as I can remember, and I've always loved making my own worlds in my imagination and creating my own storylines and narratives. Writing is important to me because I believe it to be the best way to express yourself, and to help yourself. I hope my work will be enjoyed and also offer comfort to those who need it <3

I remember the gasps, the sighs, the faces, the grins, When I told everyone that you took my heart for the win. They asked questions, they made jokes, But their joy for me slipped through, despite their woke cloaks. We were both the same gender, but love knows no crime, Yet we braved a world that treats us like offenders, time after time. I said I'd take the risk for someone I love, Because love is a choice, a commitment, more than enough. I remember our first date on that crisp winter's day, Your smile, your gaze, making me believe in fate’s play. I pulled you close, feeling your hands on my waist, Comforting, protecting, a bond firmly embraced. We watched a movie amidst noisy, laughing kids, A kissing scene played, and we both shyly hid. I giggled, glancing over to see your face, Knowing our love was too precious to waste. We strolled through a dark London, amidst crowds and unrest, Yet our joy persisted, our hearts were blessed. You had to leave early, we walked to the train, I smiled, giddy but afraid, in love's sweet refrain. People screamed, lost in their chaotic whirl, But all that mattered was I was your girl. You outstretched your arms, and I launched into your embrace, We laughed together, hopelessly in love, lost in that grace. I look back and wonder, will we find that again? That happiness, that warmth, in this world of when.
