Come To Me

I look up at the moody sky, the moon is due.

Clouds controlled today’s sky, I saw no blue.

The rain came and went, hello and goodbye.

Come to me and we’ll create our own blue sky.

Come to me, because I’m feeling lonely today.

Magic can be made with the right things to say.

Together we can watch that bright moon rise.

See it grow from slither to full before our eyes.

Who needs the day, if night time offers more?

I have my dreams as that’s what sleep is for.

So I welcome the moon, its usual beautiful sight.

Come to me, and banish these ghosts tonight.
