I went through and rearranged

I went through and culled it all

I went through and cleared the dirt

I went through and shined it all

 

One by one, I sorted through

All that I had, and all that was through

I repositioned and examined some

Threw out a few, as change needed to be done

 

Saying goodbye isn’t always nice

But at times needed, if progress is to be achieved

Rearranging can be uncomfortable

But with time, familiarity sets in

 

As you let go, room is created

As you reposition, focus is redefined

As you clear the dirt, inspiration comes in

A cloud is lifted, progress begins
