From this point on,

I promise to be strong.

I promise to put my babies first, and be a good mom.

I promise to do my best in righting my wrongs.

I promise to remember the word patience...even on days that seem long.

This I promise to you:

I promise to always be true.

I promise to always love you.

I promise to always be your best friend. 

I promise that for the rest of my life we will spend,

everyday and every night together.

Always working on becoming better.

Even through the stormiest weather,

I.  Will.  Love.  You.

From this day forward there will be no blame.

I will not use my past hurt as a reason to shame,

or be a part of that ugly dark game.

I will love you.

It is time for a new horizon.

Time to spread those wings and fly then,

watch all the greatness start to happen.

I promise not to forget all of the things that you've been through.

Always remember that thats what makes you - you!

I WILL love you!

These are the promises I make from within,

not clouded by demons that I've allowed to make me sin.

These are the ones that are straight from the heart,

that fill me with inspiration...its time that I start

loving you for all that you do.

I thank you for being a SOLDIER and making it through

the darkest rock bottom that you've been to 

because these are the things that make you - you...

and is why...I've written these PROMISES to...you.
