He was worried about getting into debt. 

The vet picks the dog up and checks his weight,

His eyes,ears,joints and heart rate.

"I'm going to have to put him down and write you a bill"

"Oh my goodness! Is it because he is so seriously ill ?"

"No its because he's really heavy !"
