Every Night Before I Go To Bed

entry picture

Every night, before I go to bed,
I see the moon and his face,
I see the illuminous light of the moon take a heart shape,
I see the moon,his face within ,
I see the smile on it,
I see the comfort behind it.
I see the hope that flows within my mind,
I see the dream that comes alive.

Believe me lord, I do wonder a lot ,
As what would happen if I put the moon in a pot,
Keeping it with me forever,
As no one could take it from me ever,
But soon I could find the answer myself
As what would happen to the ones who looked at it to dream,
Who slept to keep it alive just as me,
So I decided to keep it away
As things are better that stay.

I stare and stare until,
I see the light fade away but,
I still see the moon and his face,
Every night, before I go to bed...
