Helping the poor

Is on my list for sure

They are still one of us

Without money and shelter thus

My duty is to look after them

Being a beautiful gem

With a generous heart and soul

That has always been my goal

Giving some of my earning

Without betrayal or turning

Hoping to put a smile on their face

Showing them my love and grace

Probably not their fault

That their life is on halt

Making it easier for them
