Metro Station

Metro Station

I am here many time

before me an infinite slope

gradually beginning to rise

with a little strenght I still have

after a day of hard work.

A scrum of people

that rises and falls

a slope that never ends

elbowing, stomping

racing in high heels

into a dark cave

which rises before me

a penetrating fog

a rare environment

a vile smell

filthy and indecent.

Suddenly ....

a deafening noise

comes from nowhere

the heat is unbearable

we sweat like pigs

the air does not circulate

we walk to a point and light

you see there in the distance

I want to go there but I cannot

if I am not careful I push someone

the people are unbearable.

The light source moves away

I fail to reach forward

I get out of the cave

fresh air relieves me

in my walk

I look up and see

" OUT OF METRO"

already a complete disaster

the dark cave was there

 a station of the Metro

without electricity.
