No shadow of past

must last forever

women must come out

and talk about

 

they must assert

and insert

their voice

with firm choice

 

they have tolerated enough

and passed rough terrain

now they should remain

in firm control and maintain the status

 

the male-dominated society shall never

allow you to usher

in comfortable zone

and drive you desperate even

 

now equipped with education

and supported by the laws of the nation

the road for empowerment lays open

seize an opportunity and make the earth heaven
