The seasons lost
All the winters that came and went by
Even the summer heat that didn't stay
The rain that shed on windward side of life
Springs and Autumn that quickly went by
They weren't suppose to stay anyway
All things temporarily exists in this world of ours
Everything vanishes like seconds whether minutes or hours
All seasons of childhood and of youth
Went by quickly as soon as they came to visit the booth
The reality of this world isn't hidden from anyone
Still we enjoy seasons of life as if they are permanent
They'd never leave us or we shall never from here depart
We can't evade destiny and won't always live in luxury
Each season has its Own fruits to bear and flowers to bloom
What the monsoonal youth provides, winter frost terribly hides
Where the summer heat helps the crops to grow
And autumn comes carrying our old one's away from our door
But the departed leaves finally lives on forever more
Into dust it mingles forming a new being, finding another home
The particles blow into different lands and spaces on
Resting a few minutes to relax the tired soul
Over a boulder, tree or a mountain huge
The dust stays for minutes to perceive
Each soul carry on their beautiful journey, (if they made one)
Untill the Jannah their final destination they reach
To each season of life that helped us bloom differently
I now see those seasons as important part of my being
I'm thankful to Allah for those seasons I lived
And many new winters, summers, spring yet to arrive
May all those seasons beautiful that shall in me thrive
May they help me be a better version of me
and help me serve my people and humanity
