The end
So begins the end...
The end is the grinning cheshire cat,
Disappearing from its seat,
The realm of dreams, through which,
Seeing beyond its window,
The terrifying vistas of light we'll inevitably meet.
The end is on the rotating monopoly boards,
Counter-clockwise, the dice roll heads us for Mayfair,
Hotel established, how much to pay,
The thick glass ceiling,
Though we can clearly see through to GO, we can never get there.
The end is staying still,
Like a shark to continue living is to proceed forward,
Yet what advancement has been made?
And when we see all's become so stagnant,
We'll see the end we've all so been heading toward
The End

Hi Joshua, good to meet you the other week, really like this poem, some great lines, like the use of monopoly in the poem, nice one! All the best, Jeff
