River of love

Holding onto love

One cannot be hurt while also infatuated in love

Grasping the rock which once gave you the world

No longer keeping you afloat, as you continue to slip

Subsequently the pain residing within will crumble your weakened, yet heavenly figure

Letting go of what used to be quintessential

Is now deteriorating into the current

Oh how difficult it must be

Giving your all for it just to get tossed into a stream

As that rock falls apart you will drift down stream

Gasping for love and comfort

Arising out of the shallow bourn

Resides a Boulder to rest upon as you make your journey through the river of love
