Anchor me

Anchor the words in which I say

As they carry the weight to idle a boat

Leaving a permanent imprint onto the ocean floor as my words sink

Reserve my words for when the waters are turbulent

As you do not want to drift off course

A chain with infinite depth

Bonded with intent

Lengthened with assurance

Casted out to your greatest depths

My words will always reach the bottom

Leave me be until your waters settle
