It Needs two to dance
She was all dreamy and hopelessly romantic,
Watching chick flicks, behaving like an antic.
But was happy and positive in all her thoughts,
because of the support she had from her folks.
She met the one she dreamt for always,
They managed to talk and meet for days.
It was his first time to meet such a girl,
He was swayed by her smile and was enjoying the swirl.
From his, she had a lot different lifestyle,
But that did not stop her to walk down the aisle.
Little did she thought about the life ahead,
She was living in the present with nothing to dread.
As they say, life is not always what you plan for,
It brings you surprises, not Always through the door.
She had her daily chores to keep her busy,
Yet something in her heart would keep her frizzy.
The love was there but the romance was gone,
She misses being pampered and kissed till the dawn.
She longed to steal some moments to keep the spark alive,
But he was too simple to understand the need and to strive.
She loves him a lot, and so does he,
But showing it out wasn’t his cup of tea.
Their daily routine took over their romance,
Alone she did everything, but it needs two to dance.
