Are we prepared for the final examination of life and death?

The three most important questions that we know the answers of 

Unless we pass this test, we won't be granted any goodness 

It's the answers we must know inorder to live in peace forevermore 

 

The two examiners as angels who shall come to us 

While we silently sleep in our grave dug on earth 

Unaware the paper begins and questions will keep pouring 

If we know these answers well, nothing of fear in heart will dwell 

 

The two examining angels shall ask us the questions about our life 

Knowledge about the creator whom we worshipped while on earth 

And our lifestyle that we followed under the tag of faith or religion 

And finally the guiding one under whose instructions we conducted us 

 

Who is your Rabb? Your lord, Your God 

The one who knows the right answer won't fear to answer 

Confidently the soul will say Allah subhanahutala / God 

And with this correct answer the soul shall be rewarded 

 

What was your faith/religion? This will be the second question 

Some will say this, some will say that, others may say just nothing at all 

Only the correct answer will help the soul, if he says Islam/ submission to Allah/God was my religion while I was on earth 

An incorrect answer won't be accepted by the angels at all 

 

Who was your prophet? The messenger who guided you through the Book of God

Our beloved prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam will be the correct answer 

The angels will then bless the soul and wrap the paper up 

Going back smiling giving glad tidings to this knowledgeable soul 

 

Will any other answer be accepted by the angels there? 

None shall be accepted for people of this generation 

After prophet muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam, whole humankind falls as his people 

Whether we accept him or reject him, the choice be ours, but correct answer will never be different 

 

What will happen to the souls who shall answer correctly?

They will be given glad tidings heavenly 

What will happen to the souls who will answer incorrectly? 

They will be asked why they don't know the right answer, angels will leave without any good words to speak 

 

If you aren't buried in a grave, if burnt or electrified, then what will be the take? 

It's only the body that is put in the grave, to keep the decaying stench away 

The souls will all find their grave whether their bodies were burnt or not 

None can escape the two angels after death. The exam we need to pass inorder to be rewarded well 

 

Seek the correct knowledge and live by it 

It's the only way to paradise that one can make it 

For each soul is answerable for their own deeds 

Nothing and none can save our souls when from the body its released
