don't despair

salt rain on my
damp and sliming anchor.
my arm pops an agony song,
i feel the weight next to me
threat in in.
"don't despair" say the greens.
you didn't imagine it.
it's real and also you're allowed.
"don't despair" say the wind.
this part is part of you.
"don't despair" say the crashy ocean rocks.
your angle knows the rhythm to make you inhale.
you didn't imagine it.
the other thing is just as real
as this thing.
