Things to Remember

When life gets heavy

invite it in

& let it sit fully in your belly

until it is time to breathe deeply

& release it to the calming ether.

Remember always the breath--

it is a portal to clarity & peace.

With no resistance & no pushing,

the moment for decisive action is revealed,

the moment for quiet contemplation is recognized.

Remember that movement & stillness complement each other,

& there is rarely a need for rushing.

Remember to call upon your hovering angels,

they carry wisdom on their wings.

Remember that you have the strength of Unconditional Love rising from the earth & descending from the sky.

Remember that you will rise renewed

& you will make it through the day.
