Scríobh amach os ard é,

Tá mé I ngrá leat.

Write it out loud,

I’m in love with you.

 

Abair amach os ard é,

A ghrá gheal mo chroí.

Say it out loud,

Bright love of my heart.

 

Can amach os ard é,

Mo ghrá thú, mo mhuirnín,

Sing it out loud,

I love you my darling.

 

Scairt amach os ard é

Mo mhuirnín beag féin.

Shout it out loud,

My own little darling.

 

Scríobh amach os ard é,

Mo stóirín geal féin.

Write it out loud,

My own bright little jewel.

 

Abair amach os ard é,

A chuisle mo chroí.

Say it out loud,

My heart’s beloved.

 

Can amach os ard é,

Mo ghrá thú, mo mhuirnín.

Sing it out loud,

I love you my darling.

 

Scairt amach os ard é,

Is tú mo chara chléibh.

Shout it out loud,

You are my soulmate.
