7. place diptera insects in the aquarium such as horse fly, mosquito, sandfly etc.

8. no escape in the 36.6 degree celsius environment.

9. four of the five femaile rats are hiv free.

10. only one infected.

11. guard day and night.

12. more than one person on guard. do not use same guards twice.

13. ensure tank like object has no heat mat hidden in constraints.

14. tend the rats as if keeping pets.

15. all rats have individual colour banding on leg.

16. at 3 month point begin testing all rats for hiv condition.

You create a device as follows. Referencing the seismic recording instruments, you have something similar that works in parallel with your atomic clocks.

 

But whereas the seismic instrument has a needle on rolling graph paper to record vibrations and moves with such vibrations, the following instrument works differently.

 

It looks very simiilar, but there is no need for the needle to move up and down.

 

The graph paper rolls slowly like the seismic instrument paper. But the needle is not designed to move. The needle stays rigid and I add that the needle itself must have a vertical of about 1 inch before the nozzle touches the paper. That means that the needle is one inch vertical. The ink is of a particular viscosity, that can be drawn very easily from the nozzle of the ink needle.

 

The paper moves through the instrument, and every hour, a simple stamp indicates on the left side of the paper, each hour. 0001 to 0901 1601 through to 2301 and then 0001.

 

The paper used is to be of a particular grade that is porous enough to draw the ink from the nozzle even if the paper stops rolling.

 

You have two devices working side by side. One is fed by mains power, the other fed by battery 'trickle charged' by mains power.

 

It is basic but here's the skinny. We are being targeted by cosmic tech, alien tech. Who are in essence stopping time.

 

You check the paper periodically. If you suspect something, check the rolling paper. If you see a blot on the paper, most probably time has stopped, and we are frozen. We don't know it, but if you check the paper, you may see a blot. That means the instrument has been stopped, but the paper is still drawing the ink even if no longer moving. ya dig?

 

If one instrument shows the blot, perhaps the mains fed instrument, but the other does not show a blot, then it is a power outage. But if both instruments show a blot, then you will know.

 

These devices need also be in situ, around sensitive installation.

 

as crude as it is, it will work. If time stops, the inch long needle will still have ink in, that the paper will draw. No less that two people to check the instruments. Instruments must be 3 meters apart. Instruments are also placed around the globe for cross correlation. And a pair one mile underground as time stoppages has been noted in a localized fashion.

 

As research gathers, you will note how a blot looks, its depth and size that can give an approx indicator of how long the outage.

Device for detecting invisible entities.

 

There are here upon this World, invisible entities we are aware are there but cannot see. Outside of the realm of SF there are those we call 'spook' that act in a clandestine way.

 

We are as a planet, having everything we do, watched by other entities.

 

We also have invisible entities of other worldly origin that walk among us that we cannot see. We suspect that they are placed behind or within another dimension, or frequency that has the same space and time, but, exists in another frequency. Our universe may be a kind of elaborate television whereby, as you watch bbc 1, you know channel 4 is there, but cannot see it, till you tune in to that frequency.

 

Our whole universe is made up of many frequency of which some, are home to other universes in themselves.

 

However, upon this world now, as UFO phenomena is gathering in frequency and sighting, there are entities that walk among us from 'other' frequencies but, we cannot see them.

 

We ourselves give off an electrical charge, that's how we get balloons to stick to us etc. Our electrical charge can cause interference and just to give example, if you take a coax that is plugged in to electrical aperatus as a signal conductor, you can see the spike if you touch it yourself if you use perhaps a calan.

 

Our world though, is under threat. And we do have invisible entities walking among us from off world, let alone our own SF community. But we cannot see them. In something akin to Robbie the Robots day from the film Mysterious World, here be a basic construction for an appliance that you can place in cities or near certain sensitive areas. It should gauge if there are invisible beings about, by receiving an RF Signal. Here is a brief description of the device.

 

1. 10 (ten) antennas are used, spaced every 3 metres. The antenna for example could be a 1 metre whip antenna of omnidirectional capability. At its base is a very small discreet on board computer that has its own unique address. It is connected in series/parallel to another antenna, again only 1 metre high with its own small computer at base. The antenna are to be hardwired in. here I used a 1 metre whip antenna but any small ground monopole antenna should be adequate. The next antenna is 3 metres away.

 

2. You have ten antenna connected together in hardwired series/parallel. Each antenna is open to a broad spectrum of frequencies across a very wide bandwidth. You do not use wireless technology. Each antenna is like a silent sentinel listening in for any ripples.

 

3. All ten antenna spanning over 30 metres are connected together and will then have a cable hardwired going to a headend. That head-end has a MCU responsible for data catchment of the listening antennas.

 

4. if a spike is recorded by an antenna. it will be registered at the MCU at headend. However, no real indications can be gathered by one rf bleed coming from this one antenna. However, if the array in a line around certain areas has the first antenna register a spike, followed by the next antenna and the next in quick succession, then something passing the array has given off a bleed that may well be an invisible entity.

 

5. where this can be confirmed, is that the array is to be overlooked by hardwired security cameras hidden in discreet position that are overlooking the whole array which 'could' be placed in a hedgerow for example. If a signal suddenly appears on each antenna or at least 3 of them in quick succession but the camera sees nothing, then some anomaly, or remote being from disc like object above is roaming perhaps int gathering or scouting.

 

6. the camera are also to be analogue with no use of wireless technology. digital cameras are not to be used as have been proven to be compromised. Video footage is gathered by time frame of the installation but more importantly when a spike is noted by the antenna then the video will turn on to continuous filming. These cameras include IR, Natural, Heat Cameras.

 

7. the whole installation is to be installed in secrecy with little passage of construction to any but those vetted to Cosmic Security Clearance. Construct of the appliance is to be undertaken with Electronic Warfare Security Principles with counter and counter counter measures at hand should be needed, this includes use of jamming indicators if jamming devices are used in the area.

 

8. if spikes are recorded, local anomoly needs to be understood should it present itself in the locality at the same time.

 

9. It is important to try, to have gas tanks near the array that will emit strontium if several antennas are triggered. In conjunction with particular laser technology or light, the strontium 'might' show the entity.

 

Electronics engineers can develop this further.

Keygrip

Stargate/Cleverbridge is very real.

Years ago, I was on a Jungle Patrol in the Central American jungle of Belize. It was a patrol that fell into difficulties and on my 21st Birthday, I was stood with a TACBE transmitting a beacon pulse for the Pumas to come and extract us.

Years later, knowing what I know now abot alien presence and interference I thought, 'what if, alien came along, viewing our tracking, and placed a stargate disguised as trees in the jungle that we would walk through, and transported us to the Mekong Delta during the Vietnam War?'

It is not a thought born of fantasy, as jungle warfare is perhaps the most unpredictable of all forms of war. But what if alien could do that, and take your ma and pa to an alien TV Station, for they to watch as you walk towards a possible regiment of Viet Cong as they ask your family..........' Do you love your son mr and mrs smith?'

They could if they wanted, do that, theirs is the technology, similarly to how if they wanted, they could initiate a global reverse within days. First, is the changing of magnetic poles. Once they do that, you'll know a planet reversal could be in process. They could change it at will, using alien tech at cosmic level. They could change magnetic polarity upon Earth, within two days, and let you know too, so they could watch you panic and dig yourselves bunkers under your home, believing that you can evade such a synopsis. You cannot by the way.

But then I thought, maybe they could do that any time they please (and they could) to anyone.

I have given theory of The Rat Tank to use to ascertain the truth of HIV dissemination in equatorial regions. I gave you a thirty metre antenna array coupled with lazers and strontium gas tanks, that could reveal invisible entities. I gave Greenwich Observatory, an apparatus that though crude, could give indication of time - 'time' (and therein is another tip off about time), stoppages.

There is another apparatus or tech, that may also be useful to develop for future awareness and that is something I call 'Keygrip.'

Keygrip is mainly for civilian use but all could benefit from it unless secrecy an absolute must. Reference the Stargate/Cleverbridge synopsis above. They could perhaps do that in the dead of night to someone perhaps driving down the A9. As your vehicle approaches a particular feature, they may put apparatus either side of the motorway or road, that has you then drive perhaps on a dopple planet twenty years in the future or past. You don't know though, as you're driving unawares of the change.

But lets say, your car, your being, is continually handshaking a signal with a wider network of encrypted vehicles or beings. The key changes daily of which, you choose whether your body or vehicle is transmitting to and recieving signals from. The key changes daily for the continuous handshaking between MCU or Commcen and you.

Now you have that key, you go about your business with your car, or being having on board apparatus that, if the 'keygrip' is mommentarily broken, gives a distinct audio sound. And if permanetly lost signal, will give a different kind of alarm.

It is in theory a way to establish if you are being interfered with by our cosmic friends.

This 'Keygrip' needs further development from civilian and military points of view.

1. If the signal is lost, then you have already gone through the stargate.

2. How do you pre-empt entry to a stargate on a road or air.

3. We are now fully aware of cloaking devices that make people and kit, invisible.

4. Independent encryption 'away' from any MCU.

5. Power modules currently being developed include electric power tx by lazer.

 

So in the above synopsis, you know you have lost contact with a MCU as an audio alarm is transmitted in your vehicle, or ear. But that means you have already gone through a stargate either at ground or air, so how do you get the warning, 'before' you enter the apparatus.

 

1. We have drone technology that uses propellors but, we are also aware of drone technology that uses electromagnetic energy for thrust and guidance. So what follows could be a safer synopsis or even, a 'Pathfinder' understanding.

2. Instead of keygrip being initiated by a central MCU/Commcen, you have independent Keygrip drones in your ground/sea/airborn vehicle. You set the key and handshaking protocols of your keygrip drone that uses electric power. You set the encryption. You have several on board (for military purposes) of which a replacement can be despatched within five seconds upon command.

3. Your keygrip drone flies above ground or in the air, or at sea - ahead of you. Lets say for example, you are in a ground vehicle. You are traveling at fifty kilometers per hour. You have before you, a keygrip drone that flies above ground, and is conducting an algorythmic realtime understanding of your vehicle which is behind the keygrip.

4. As your vehicle moves faster, the keygrip drone flies further away. If you are on a moterway for example, your keygrip maybe 200 (two hundred) metres ahead. As you vehicle slows, your keygrip moves closer in.

5. The algorythmic study or understanding at handshake between your keygrip and your vehicle, will know that, if you take a left turn at a forty-five degree angle than your keygrip has gone; will in lightspeed re-calculate heading and move to the new bearing ahead of your vehicle. Spacing will be understood by speed.

6. Your keygrip module is cloaked and armed with a 'home' recieve command.

7. This synopsis understands that it is independent and any loss or malfunctio of keygrip drone will immediately emplore vehicle to despatch another keygrip drone. Perhaps one of five in any airborn/land or sea vehicle. If you drive through the threat and a latch on is re-triggered to your keygrip then no new keygrip need be launched.

8. In a city, your keygrip is naturally going to be up close and personal because of speeds and useer input.

9. Here is a possibility. You are driving with your keygrip ahead of you 100 (one hundred) metres. An alarm sounds and your keygrip is no longer handshaking with your vehicle on board computer. IT MAY HAVE GONE THROUGH A CLANDESTINE STARGATE BY ROADSIDE AND HAS NOW LOST DUPLEX HANDSHAKING. Your IA is to slow down and investigate or, carry out evasive action drills away from the threat. An alarm sounds once handshaking has ceased.

10. FOR PATHFINDER AND MILITARY OR, RESEACH. If your drone keygrip has ceased, you may despatch another on standby and maybe 'go through' any threat with your replacement keygrip launched into the new space. I add that, detail of kmh, location from vehicle etc is noted by your vehicles onboard MCU which will sound the closer you get to where your keygrip was last handshaking. If you are employing a run through as military pathfinder your next keygrip drone is launched immediately after the information regarding the loss of your last keygrip drone. Minimum of five keygrip drones on board any military or inter stellar vehicle.

11. Keygrip drones (military) are to employ self destruction if no latch on by original vehicle within 30 (thirty) seconds of lost comms.

12. We have capability to TX data by lazer faster and more secure than by RF. We also have the capability to TX electric power by same lazer principle. If the keygrip drone loses or falls low on power, the vehicle can TX by lazer, additional power.

 

These are a brief guideline for those wishing to engage with a greater Universe where mindfulness of safe principle born of an ethical and moral understanding and, global UN Convention are upheld.

 

These are preliminary thoughts that you as technicians can grab and investigate, develop.

 

above all, it is the understanding that such technology is encompassed by only those knowing, our universe is born of altruism and benevolence.
