Hello Keith (Jeffries). I'm still trying to wrap my head around how they composed that photograph, hedge clippers? Photoshop? As for the poem, it is the result of a seaside musing where the clashing of images is meant to push along the inner conflict that the poetic persona is experiencing. The connotations of the individual words and phrases could mean varied things to each reader and is as such a personal journey more than a destination prepared by the author.
