and we push against it

trying to drown us,

but really it's a cleansing designed to revive us.

Turn off the faucet of fear

and let life flow,

a tsunami of energy 

rich with joy and sorrow

and birth and recomposition.

All this is creation expressing itself through you and you and you,

each part of the multitude, each

individually loved.

Life is not an uncaring void,

no, life pulsates with love, 

feel this in your heart, 

breathe this in deeply,

love lives,

life loves.

Ah, life, welcome it with wide open arms, in all its forms,

cherish it with deep gratitude,

laugh and cry with life.
