History repeating itself some may say
Things can't get any worse we hope
Better get on your knees and pray

We now exist in a state of virtual reality 
Social media continues apace
AI controls and we communicate with bots
I have thousands of friends that I never embrace
Put down your phone turn off your thoughts 
Take a walk in the fresh air and clear your head
All you have to do is breathe
The time has come to relax enough said
